1. Information We Collect
To operate your SPAL dealer account we collect the information you provide when you register or use the portal, including your business name, mobile number (used as your username), GST number, business address and language preference. We also record transactional data such as your orders, order values, reward points, ledger entries and payments in order to run your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide, operate and support your SPAL account: to authenticate you when you log in, to place and manage orders, to track schemes and reward points, to record balances and payments, and to send you account-related notifications (including via WhatsApp) about your orders and balance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Keep Your Login Safe
Your mobile number is your username and your login uses a 6-digit password issued to you. Keep this password private and never share it. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately from the application settings or contact your administrator.
4. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers and protected by role-based access controls. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Transactional records (orders, balances, points and payments) are retained in line with business and accounting requirements. If you request account deletion through the portal, your account is flagged as deleted and can no longer be used to log in; however, historical business records may be retained for compliance and audit purposes as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may review and update your profile information in the Settings section of the portal. You may also request account deletion as described above. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
