1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the SPAL dealer portal or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
2. Your Account
Your mobile number is your login identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Using the Portal
The portal allows you to browse products, raise orders, participate in schemes, track reward points, view balances and make payments. Orders are subject to confirmation by our team. We may update product ranges, schemes, prices and reward rules from time to time.
4. Payments
Payments for balance dues are processed through supported payment methods. Ledger entries and payment records displayed in the portal reflect the transactions recorded on the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to block accounts that violate these terms.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account from the Settings area of the portal. Deletion is final and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account can no longer be used to log in, and we treat the account as no longer active.
7. Liability
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
